This is an interactive, activity-based course where you gain a strong understanding of Professional Scrum and the accountabilities of the Scrum Master.

Through a combination of discussion and real-life projects, You will develop a deep understanding of the underlying principles of Scrum and the Agile mindset while learning the practices applied by successful Scrum
Teams.

In this three-month program, you will be challenged to explore the Agile and Scrum principles so that you can better understand what to do when applying Scrum to support their teams and organizations.
​
The course will also teach you about related practices and skills to enable you to have the right types of conversations and how to apply them to become better Scrum Masters.
Learning Outcome

Understand and apply the core values and principles of Scrum.

Know the difference between the defined process and Scrum, an empirical process.

Recognize myths that are often attributed to a Scrum implementation.

Implement and practice the entire Scrum framework.

Understand the day-to-day role of a Scrum Master.

Understand how the Scrum Master interacts with the Product Owner and the Scrum Team roles.

Facilitate each of the Scrum ceremonies and understand the reasoning for them.

Students will be exposed to practical Scrum experience from day one of the Course as they would be placed in Scrum teams. All Class activities will be run based on Sprints.
