Description

It's a hands-on, activity-based role where you will explore Professional Scrum and develop an understanding of the critical role that the  Product Owner plays on the Scrum Team.

 

Throughout the class, you learn a number of Product Ownership practices that you can use once you are on the job while also taking a deep dive into Agile Product Management.

 

This course describes how to manage a product backlog and engage with stakeholders to ensure deliverables. It will teach you how to manage and maximize the value of the product backlog.

Business Meeting

You will discover how to work in an Agile environment, and we will focus on the product requirements to manage the product outcome. 

 

This course will also prepares you to use tools that help product managers to translate requirements to the development team to achieve the optimum results in their business.
